.....

So today, I watched the movie "Moneyball" which was a great movie and one that really makes you think about how statistics really do factor into sports and really everything we do in life. Conclusions can generally be made in most life circumstances, like it or not.

The weekend was kind of a crazy one, went home and looked at sheep we raised that families are preparing for their county fairs. They looked okay, and most importantly the families have a good attitude about the project, one that will enable the kids to have a positive experience with their show projects.

A little inspiration...haha

-When people walk out of your life, let them. You might miss them, but remember that you are not the one that gave up-

Crazy day

It has been a frickin' crazy day...
I feel like I have a lot of those kind of days anymore. I really can't wait to get done with this quarter of classes and finally get to enjoy a break.

On a positive not, I think my proposal for my research project this fall is going to be a go! We will be feeding cull cows (both beef and dairy cows) Zilmax and looking at performance, carcass cutability, and collagen attributes. It should be a very enjoyable and neat little study.

Really long time!

Hello,
So a little bit of what I have been up to. I have been really great lately! I am around half way done with my Master's degree in meat science at the greatest school on the planet, The Ohio State University! Currently looking at schools to go on and do a PhD at. Certainly hope everything goes well, and very persistent in keeping my faith with God and believing that he does already have an awesome plan in mind!!!

Other than school and research, we have had a very exciting year raising club lambs, got some good ones out there and really looking forward to seeing how they end up feeding for families this summer.

Well until next time, and for those of you that get a chance to read this, hope your day is blessed and your tomorrow is even better.
